About this house rental
You will be accommodated in a small residence of 4 rentals (1 villa and 3 cottages), in a flowery tropical garden with a secure swimming pool of 3.5 meters X 5.5 meters.
Take advantage of this ideal location, between Deshaies and Bouillante and 2 km from the crossing road, right in front of the cocoa house.
You will have easy access to shops, the beach and the various activities offered on the leeward coast.
Caribbean beach is 800 meters away with restaurants, showers, diving club, big game fishing, snorkeling and water hiking.
Another small wild and deserted beach, with pebbles and sand, is 300 metres away.

The Bougainvillea cottage for 2 to 4 people:
31m² indoor and small outdoor terrace of 10m²
- Air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed (160cm)
- Bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet
- Kitchen, washing machine, living area with sofa bed for 2 people, wall fan
- Covered terrace, pool and garden views, with outdoor chairs, coffee table and hammock chair, BBQ
The comfort of our rentals:
- linen is provided (sheets, towels, dish towels, carpets) and changed once a week,
- iron and ironing board, barbecue, washing machine in each rental, flat screen TV.
- Rental of beach towels on request: 5 euros per towel for the stay
- Children's welcome: travel cot with mattress, mosquito net and linen, bathtub and high chair if necessary, toy box, beach games.
- books and novels, a very complete folder of information on the surrounding activities,
- WIFI internet, free, unlimited
- mosquito nets on all beds.
Kitchen equipment:
3 or 4 gas burners, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, kettle, cooler for shopping or picnic, barbecue.
On arrival: First breakfast kit, for any stay of 3 nights minimum (coffee, tea, chocolate, rusks or sandwich bread, jam, juice, water, milk, sugar)
Small groceries: salt, pepper, oil, vinegar / Cleaning products provided
