Very attractive 3-room air-conditioned flat, fully renovated and refurbished in early 2022, measuring 38 m2 + 8 m2 loggia, on garden level, sleeps 4, located in the Domaine Les Restanques on the Golfe de Saint-Tropez in Grimaud.
You will enjoy a beautiful view of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez from this comfortable, peaceful flat, set in 25 hectares of landscaped grounds, including a 1,600 m2 water park (2 swimming pools, including 1 wave pool, jacuzzi and slides), a lake, restaurant, mini-market, tennis/basketball/pétanque court, fitness centre, various activities in July and August...
The estate is located 1 km from the beaches of Grimaud / Port Grimaud, 10 km from Sainte-Maxime, Saint-Tropez and the beaches of Pampelonne.

Cleaning costs OUR responsibility. Sunday arrival or departure only possible in July/August, on request. In the event of departure on a Sunday, a surcharge of 10 euros will be added to the price of the cleaning service.
A security deposit (cheque or cash) is required on arrival, and will be returned on the day of departure if no damage is found on departure:
- Deposit of 500 euros to cover any costs incurred as a result of damage.
- Deposit of 100 euros for any cleaning not carried out that is the responsibility of the tenants or any additional costs due to a lack of regular maintenance of the property
- Deposit of 50 euros for swimming pool badges/wristbands (200 euros in total).
Minimum 5-night rental.
For long weekends / bank holidays... rental possible (3-night minimum); 115 euros per night.
