The house is located in the holiday village Pierre et Vacances "The Restanques of the Gulf of Saint Tropez", guarded and secure.
This Mediterranean park of 25 hectares is labeled "Outstanding Park"; the house is 3 minutes, the pool area and the heated pool, walk through the pedestrian path through the park.
The sea is 2 kms. AccèsPort Grimaud and Cogolin port to 5 km (boat rental)
The house was renovated in 2016. Its living space is 60 m² and a terraces upstairs of 15 m² and a small garden.
The House :
On the ground floor, the house consists of an entrance, a living room with kitchen, all opening onto a balcony for dining.

Bedroom 1: 1 double bed with cupboard, wardrobe, chest of drawers, TV
overlooking terrace: "terrace / solarium in the tropézienne" of 15 m² on the park. This balcony is equipped with an offset umbrella and garden furniture to create a discreet place to rest.
The 2 bedroom overlooking the terrace has 2 beds for 1 person it is possible to bring in 1 bed (160 cm) for 2 people. wardrobe closet.
- A new shower room with washing machine.
Duvets and pillows are provided, Linen service possible on request (15 € per person: sheets towel towel)
This holiday rental, managed by PARTICULIER A PARTICULIER, allows you to access the aquatic area (beach, wave pool, water slides, jacuzzi, swimming pool for small children). This exceptional set is completed by the swimming pool of Calade, heated swimming pool where water aerobics is practiced
Located in the heart of the village, enjoy free aquatic space, open all season:
- An outdoor pool heated all season near the restaurant (270 m² and 1.60 m deep)
- A swimming pool of 420 m² (1.40 m deep)
- A paddling pool for children
- A play area for children (from 0.20 m to 0.75 m deep) with lagoon and 2 slides (with reception basin 0.90 m deep).
- A wave pool with unheated geyser (1050 m² - 0 to 1.72 m deep)
- A "Private Beach" area of 700 m² (for a fee), is available for guests who wish a service with reservation, on a part of the beach swimming pool.
