What a super property. You are in the heart of the prettiest part of Grassington. The questions I asked through Booking were all answered straight away by the hosts and Ian popped around the first full day to say hello and check everything was alright.
The cottage was very comfortable, very clean and really well appointed. Everything you could want was there - cooking utensils, etc. A lot of thought and effort had clearly gone into making this cottage as nice as it is.

The breakfast was fabulous as we did it ourselves. The kitchen location was at the rear of the house was
The house was brilliant, we met the host, who was excellent and informative.
What I didn't like was dealing with the agents / customer services. After receiving an email 4 days before I travel, of a possible issue, I needed advice to resolve my concern. It's was difficult to actually speak to someone. It took me nearly two days of numerous phone calls to talk to an operative, who even then seemed reluctant to help me with the question I needed to ask.
I won't be using these services again. Unless there's a big improvement to customer services, where it's easy to speak directly to someone rather than send emails or messages through AI when there is an issue.
Where are the people skills, we are humans not computers, we are not all tech wizz kids.

The property was in a great location with the added bonus of a parking space. It was well equipped and very comfortable. The hosts were great and very welcoming
