SCAMMERS, Booking.com Should Ban This Listing!
This is one of the biggest scams I’ve experienced on Booking.com. A few days before my arrival, the host contacted me, demanding an additional €30 for cleaning, and €10 per person for bed linen and towels, even though I had already paid 100% of the price in advance! This is unacceptable, and feels like pure fraud. When you pay in full through Booking, you expect the total price to include all basic things, especially cleaning and bed linen. The worst part? There were no sheets or towels in the apartment!!! For €50 more, you can easily find much better, and more honest accommodation in the same area. Booking.com completely failed here, all charges should be transparently listed on the platform, not added later via messages. This is deceptive, and should be reported as fraud. Terrible experience overall. I strongly advise others to stay away, and I hope Booking.com takes action, and bans this listing permanently.

Choisissez autre chose ,grosse arnaque sur les frais de ménage ou préparez votre seau de peinture pour refaire les murs
Pas d’état des lieux de fait Aucun document signé sur l’état du matériel ni sur la propreté à la trace prêt ( canapé craqué,télécommande mâché,odeur de vieux dans les couloirs ) Arnaque assumée sur les frais de ménage 20€ en plus du prix car la propriétaire a trouvé 1 cheveu sur le canapé. Cuisine non servie mais, invention de la propriétaire sur d’éventuels traces de miettes . Un conseil pour les prochains (prendre un maximum de photos et surtout vérifier le moindre cheveu qui traîne car il vous sera facturé très cher lol ) 1 nuit correspond à devoir récurer les joints pour satisfaire l’exigence de la propriétaire et récupérer votre caution.

Correct pour une nuit.
Appartement réservé pour une nuit, emplacement ok par rapport à l’événement auquel nous avons assisté. La personne qui nous a remis les clés était très sympathique. Appartement spacieux. Possibilité de se garer à l’intérieur de la résidence.
On a du payer 10 euros en espèce à notre arrivée et par personne (nous étions 4 = 40 euros ) pour avoir des draps, nous étions au courant mais après réflexion cela fait 20 euros par lit (2 lits doubles) d’autant plus que les draps n’étaient pas mis et juste posé sur un meuble dans le salon. Cela revient presque au prix de la nuit finalement. Les équipements laissent à désirer, un des lits dans la chambre grince énormément et empêche de dormir. Le miroir dans la chambre mériterait un petit coup de neuf…

Appartement très spacieux, propre et bien équipé. Il dispose de 8 couchages. La résidence est sécurisée et elle est calme.
