It’s a great place for families. Walking distance to the beach around 15 minutes. I personally found the location great.
The owner/manager was very responsive and communication was good.
It was not very clean, this is certainly something that needs to be improved asap. Additionally, they only gave us one pair of keys which was not practical at all since you needed the keys not only to enter into the flat but also into the complex itself and the garage. There is a (maybe) 20-year old floor air-con unit that has no power at all to cool down the common area, needless to say the rest of the rooms. The terrace on the top is great but there is only two plastic sun-beds so difficult to get any use of this area.
For the price that is charged for this property the owner should invest a little bit in the property.
