La ubicación y la urbanización.

Gostei das áreas envolventes, estar relativamente perto da praia, da manutenção dos jardins, ter os utensílios de cozinha necessários.
Não ter ar condicionado. As ventoinhas do teto são barulhentas e não arrefecem os espaços, No terraço cheirava mal pela canalização. Não foi o meu caso, mas para quem tiver dificuldades de mobilidade, as duas escadas não ajudam. Falta uma casa de banho no piso de baixo. Como esteve vento a estrutura de suporte do toldo faz muito barulho, sobretudo durante a noite, quando esteve mais vento.
