الدخول كان سهل جدا بكارت المالك أعطاه لينا عند الاستلام اسمه كارت مستأجر بندخل بيه من علي البوابة بالنسبة للنضافة فالمكان مريح ونضيف. الفيو علي مسبح و القرية فيها سيكيورتي و أمان جدا للأطفال والعائلات و اللوكيشن ممتاز قريب للبحر و العلمين.

المطاعم والخدمات في القرية متوفرة لكن ممكن تحتاج تروح لقرية اللوتس المجاورة أو تروح العلمين

The location is fantastic! If you're looking for a place close to all the lively spots at a reasonable price, this is a great choice. The waterpark there also looks pretty decent, and with plenty of spacious pools, you can still have a great time even if you decide to just relax at the resort, however i don't think more than 3 persons can stay in there. But it's recommended.

The owner was so nice and friendly The swimming pools were nice There were bicycles for rent The prices at the supermarket were reasonable

It had to be more clean There was water discharge at the bathroom

Location was great. Good AC and new furniture.

We arrived at 5 pm and the place was filthy, bin was full of garbage, unwashed dishes, old food in fridge and on shelves, even cigarettes were all around the apartment. Owner tried to apologize, but it was too late to go anywhere else cuz we already booked for only one night, we had to clean the place and remove someone else’s trash which was really disappointing. Check out day, the rude house keeping lady came at 9:15 am yelling and saying that we must leave asap for her to be able to clean and calling the owner that if we didn’t leave after half an hour, she will go home. Called the owner again and he was understanding but our very short stay was already ruined.
