Easily access all that Steamboat has to offer year round! Washer/dryer in unit, Upper level unit means no one above you! Community hot tub, open space and playground just steps outside this corner unit. Enjoy views of the Mt. Werner and the gondola from the deck with a grill. Heated floors in mud room.

Marie was a terrific host. She communicated well and accommodated two special requests. Everything about the unit met our needs. We especially enjoyed access to the hot tub after a long day of skiing. It was a short walk to the bus stop for quick access to the mountain. I highly recommend Marie’s condo.

The unit is super comfortable, and just as advertised. The complex sits directly on one of the town’s concrete bike/walking paths. The kitchen is VERY well stocked with any cooking equipment you could need. The attached garage was super convenient and a great bonus. This unit exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again.

Property was beautiful. Everything brand new. Easy to get town town. Lock a little confusing at first. Needed check mark before and after code. I think book said only after. But Marie very helpful.
