Welcome to Cranberry Cottage, a cozy 2 BR, 1 BA cottage centrally located & close to the best that Chatham has to offer. Perfect for couples or families!
Situated at the end of a sleepy, private street and overlooking a working cranberry bog, the house is surrounded by some of the Cape's best natural beauty and wildlife. It is walking distance to Chatham's Star Bog conservation trail and a 10 min bike ride (or 5 minute drive!) to Hardings and Ridgevale Beach.
The cottage features 1 bedroom with a queen size bed and the other has a bunk bed with 2 twin size mattresses and a pull-out trundle with a twin size mattress. A central living room features two sofas on which to relax after a long day at the beach. Bathroom has a bathtub and shower, and the house also has an outdoor shower. The newly renovated kitchen looks out over the private deck, outdoor dining and seating, gas grill and cranberry bog beyond.
The cottage is walking distance to West Chatham Village center shopping and restaurants including Kream 'N Kone, Local Color Gallery, Dogfish Taco Cantina, Larry's P.X., and Mom and Pops Burgers. The cottage is also within walking distance to Chatham Airport, Hangar B Eatery (a must!), Marion's Pie Shop, and the Cape Cod Rail Trail, a lovely place for a bike ride, run or stroll. We are also a 5 minute drive to other fantastic eateries (Del Mar Bar & Bistro, Mac's Chatham Fish & Lobster, and Pisces), a 7 minute drive to downtown Chatham, and a 10 minute drive to Lighthouse Beach. The cottage is a 35 min drive to Wellfleet, and 50 min drive to Provincetown (though note traffic is heavy in the summer!)
The house also features high-speed wi-fi, AC in each room, brand new smart TV, and washer/dryer in spotless, extremely clean basement.
Fresh linens and bath/beach towels provided.

We loved the cottage! It has all the basics you need and more. The beds were comfortable and the A/C units worked well. The neighborhood is great and is a short distance (you could walk or bike to a handful of places) to area restaurants. The Chatham bike trail is also close by and it links into Cape Code Rail Trail.
We look forward to renting this cottage again.

This fairy tale cottage is at the end of a private road that overlooks a cranberry bog and is spotlessly clean with all brand new appliances. The beds were extremely comfortable. I'm a longtime visitor to the area. The location is absolutely perfect: a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, yet walking distance to shops and very close to local beaches. The owners are super responsive and communicative. I've rented numerous properties over the years. This one is among the very best. We will surely return each year. We won't even look around next time. This cottage is the gold standard. Can't wait to return!
