In the Haut Var, 2.5 km from the village of Bargemon, we offer a 130 m² Provençal villa with a private pool, outdoor shower, and pool house, accommodating 6 people. This charming, rustic home is nestled in a peaceful, green setting, surrounded by terraced fields.
It features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets, a living room with a fireplace, a kitchen, and a pantry, as well as two terraces (one overlooking the pool and the other overlooking the terraced fields). You’ll also find cozy, shaded spots perfect for taking a nap.
This villa is perfect for a vacation with family or friends.
You can recharge your batteries to the sound of cicadas.
You can visit the Verdon Gorges, the Loup Gorges, Lake Sainte-Croix, and Lake Saint-Cassien.
Nearby activities: hiking, paragliding, and biking.
This villa is located 45 minutes from the beaches of Saint-Raphaël, Fréjus, and Saint-Aygulf; 1 hour and 15 minutes from Saint-Tropez; and 1 hour and 15 minutes from Nice.
There is an interior staircase and numerous stairs around the garden, making it difficult for people with limited mobility to access.
In the village, you’ll find a grocery store, restaurants, bakeries, pizzerias, bars, a tobacco shop, a hair salon, a beauty salon, and a tourist office, as well as ATMs. There is also the Typewriter Museum and the Fossil and Mineral Museum.

Highly recommended! We (4 adults) enjoyed every minute in this great, spacious family house, situated in the hills of the Var, on a good central location for a walk, day trips etc. A very nice swimming pool with 'bar' house, beautiful terraces/garden around, a very serene and quiet place, with lots of wonderful butterflies. Really everything we needed was available and you can sit and relax on different places in/around the house. We were welcomed in a very hospitable way and if there were any questions during the stay, they were solved immediately on the spot. Characterful, old villages Bargemon, Callas, Claviers in the neighbourhood as well as the stunning lac & gorges du Verdon and the village Bargème. We have enjoyed a superbe, relaxed holiday, thank you very much, hope to be back once again!

We spent 10 days in this lovely house in July 2022, and everything was perfect. Most of this can be seen in the photos, but what can't be seen is the variety of butterflies there. Also we had great joy of taking nightly expeditions to the garbage containers watching the boars looking for food. Bring a bike (velo), the roundtrip Claviers/Callas/Bargemon is a perfect hilly ride. We will be back!
