The villa has a large, comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and three bedrooms with private bathrooms. Rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with additional satellite TV, and one of the rooms has direct access to the pool (9x4m). Guests have at their disposal a garage with two parking spaces, laundry, and a completely fenced yard. Pets are not allowed, as well as the stay of younger groups of people who are planning a loud party. Shops, restaurants, cultural and sports facilities can be found in the immediate vicinity. The beach and the sea are about 30 km away from the villa. (20 minutes by car) Porec, Rovinj, Vrsar.
