A great value overall, though a few things must be improved
The owners of the apartment are good and kind people, they were very accommodating and allowed me to check in earlier. The apartment is a bit farther from the central area, but it’s still in an excellent location. All the necessary shops and places are nearby. It has air conditioning, great internet, and a TV with many channels. The price for the stay is reasonable, and overall, if a few things are improved (mainly the mattress), I would definitely come back again.
What I didn’t like was definitely the bed, which is in very poor condition. It’s impossible to sleep on it, so I had to sleep on the corner sofa. A friendly suggestion would be to replace the mattress - I believe it’s an investment that will surely pay off, as the reviews will be much better. Also, another thing I didn’t like was the cleanliness of the bathroom. There was a lot of water on the floor and several areas weren’t properly cleaned, so I had to clean it myself and wipe up the water.

Great location and place but could be more comfortable
The location is good. There's bus that goes there but the apartment is at the end of the road before the turn. However it is only 15 min walk from the train and bus stations. The apartment itself is cosy and not hot during summer. The host is very responsive as well.
The bed could be replaced with a better mattress now as you could feel all the spring when sleeping on it.

Not Worth the Savings
1. The apartment gets really warm when the heater is on, which was great. 2. Plenty of towels were provided. 3. Good Wi-Fi and a decent selection of TV channels. 4. Convenient location: one bus stop is right at the entrance to the building, with a couple more within walking distance. 5. Several supermarkets, a pharmacy, and a few takeaway spots nearby. 6. The owner shared a city map with key highlights, which was a nice touch. Conclusion: The apartment has a good location, reliable Wi-Fi, and stays warm when heated, making it a budget-friendly option with some conveniences.
Oh, here we go... 1. Difficult Check-in: I had to wait 45 minutes to reach the owner upon arrival, as they were unresponsive to calls and messages. 2. Uncomfortable Bed & Noise: The mattress is extremely old and lumpy, making for a poor night’s sleep. The apartment is very noisy, as it faces a busy crossroads with constant traffic. 3. Poor Kitchen Setup: No kettle or microwave, only tiny espresso cups, and no teaspoons—making even basic meal prep inconvenient. 4. Bathroom Issues: No towel hooks, constant water leakage. 5. Ants! They were everywhere, including in the bathroom, the kitchen and near the bed. The owner didn’t seem to care, as they even left sugar uncovered on the kitchen counter, which naturally attracted more ants. 5. Hairdryer Issue: The listing stated that a hairdryer was provided, but when I arrived and asked for one, I was told that it had been stolen and wasn’t available. Instead of offering a solution, the owner suggested I shouldn’t expect a hairdryer since the apartment was 'so cheap' (€20 per night) and I can enjoy such things as 'elevator, terrace and beautiful yard' (haven't seen one though). This was quite frustrating because, as far as I understand, if an amenity is listed, it should be provided. After I suggested buying a new one so they have it for future guests as well provided the owners would reimburse me, they eventually brought a hairdryer (possibly their personal one), which they initially wanted to lend for just one morning. I had to insist on keeping it until checkout since I needed it daily. The whole interaction felt unprofessional, and the owner’s attitude was quite unpleasant. Conclusion: Although the price may indeed look tempting, it’s absolutely not worth the experience. For just €2–5 more per night, you can find a significantly better apartment with proper amenities and a more comfortable stay. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless the owner makes serious improvements.

Overall, a great place to stay. Definitely recommend.
The check in process was extremely smooth. The host responded quickly whenever I contacted him. The apartment was clean and spacious. The bathroom was quite big. There are over 250 cable channels available. The kitchen was full equipped with both stove top and oven. The small balcony was a nice asset, which provided a great view. Nice couch too.
Unfortunately, the air conditioning unit was not functional since there was no remote, and I generally need it for an optimal sleep.

Clean apartment perfect for a quick stay
Very clean and had everything I needed. Responsive, helpful host who enabled easy check-in and check out.
Far from bars, restaurants, shops etc. Still within walking distance of the centre, but as a woman alone, I didn't fancy venturing out by myself when I arrived after dark. Smelly bathroom!

Great choice (except a bit far from nitelife area).
Good washing machine (use rapid wash = 30 minute wash). Kitchen, small balcony, aircon, bedroom comfortable. Friendly and flexible check-in and check-out -> depending on availability. Professional service to tourists.
The only negative is the location is a bit far from the nightlife area around Bokeska. In daytime, no problem to walk everywhere easily, while seeing the entire city. But then to walk for another 2km (and back) at night to the nightlife is too much. So this doesn't apply to you if you don't want to party. Maybe there's a number you can phone to order a taxi at night.
