Rendkívül különleges kialakítású építmény,, valószínűleg nem csak a környéken egyedi. A fotók alapján nagyobb térre számítottunk, élőben kisebb, de végül elegendőnek bizonyult. Minden kényelmi felszerelés rendelkezésre áll és működik is. Természetközeli, pl. reggel őzbak legelt az ablak előtt. A társaság nagyobb része teljesen meg volt elégedve.
Amin lehetne fejleszteni: első és legfontosabb a fenti útról a lejáró. Esős-nedves időben, nehéz csomagokat egyensúlyozva nem igazán biztonságos. Akár már néhány kőlap lerakásával is bizalomgerjesztőbb lenne. Kisebb tatarozás szintén ráférne magára az épületre, pl. repedt ablaktáblák cseréje és az elkorhadt korlátelemek javítása-pótlása a teraszon. Kis időráfordítással takaros, 10 pontos szálláshely lehetne.
