A cozy alternative if you're just passing through Gheorgheni and need a bed to crash for the night, less of a place to enjoy a party night in, due to the main doors not having strong insulation. Facilities were alright. Good value for price.

The next stop on our tour of Romania as a group of four (two married couples) and another fantastic choice. This time we stayed in a brand-new, extremely comfortable and huge flat on the first floor of a detached house. We were delighted by the apartment’s spaciousness and how fully equipped it was – we found absolutely everything we needed there. The neighbourhood was very pretty and peaceful. Check-in was hassle-free thanks to a key box with a combination lock, and we parked the car on the street right in front of the building. It’s the perfect place – we’d love to have stayed longer!
In the dark, it was hard to work out which gate was the right one.
