Anastasia was very friendly, she lives in the apartment above the guest house and was ready at home waiting for us. We simply rung the doorbell and she came out to greet us and let us in to the guest house. Her daughter was very helpful via email with any questions we had. The apartment was lovely and had aircon in each bedroom including the living room. It's a 5-10 minute walk from most of the town, lovely beaches nearby and a shop right next door with all the essential items. It's got a great balcony area with a washing line and pegs too. The listing says no parking but you can park for free on the street just outside the house.
More than one key might have been helpful as there were four of us, however it wasn't that much of an issue.
