Calls again and again but didn't respond from Restaurant even not pick up the phone.
Then we phoned to Reception but they also did not solve our problem.
In the end they solved it after 1 Hour.

Staff was very professional and helpful rooms were good comfortable beds with hot water provided and it was good to have it booked through booking.com and the location of this hotel is super walk able for main Bazar of mall Road and which was the one of its best features 😀
