Cozy comfort with superb customer care

DO NOT STAY if you don’t want the chance of rooming with random people . MISLEADING POSTING.

The property is misleading and was not safe! The listing says comfortable for two people and a child, when in reality the house has two bedrooms and not one. My friend and I came in for the weekend not knowing that we were going to share the space with other guests that we did not know about. I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe during my stay because of this. The property owner did not notify me until some hours before arriving but I assumed the place was a duplex and not a 2-bedroom house! Safe to say I would not recommend.

Awesome little place

Super chill, and Doris the owner was great at keeping the place clean and stocked for our convenience!

Nothing pertaining to the place itself or the owner. The main facilities are to be shared between the people who rent separate rooms in the house and the people who rented the other room were kind of annoying lol.

Great Communication, convenient area, safe neighborhood.

My friend and I loved how helpful and kind the owner was during our stay. They were very quick to answer any questions, had lots of patience & great communication! The area feels safe, our car was parked on the street for three days straight (we used Ubers for transportation) and everything went according to plan. Very short trip to all of the tourist attractions in and around the city. The furthest we traveled was only about 20 mins to the Navy Pier. The house is very cute, clean and secure!! Thank you again to our host, I highly recommend this home!!

Was originally thrown off because of a master lock on the outside of the bedroom door, but was reassured by the owner it was to lock our personal items away while we were not at the home to have everything feel more secure, which we appreciated.

Davvero una hidden gem!

Ottima posizione in un quartiere residenziale di Chicago che ci ha dato la possibilità di vivere per un po’ la quotidianità del luogo. Il quartiere è ben servito dai mezzi pubblici (a pochi minuti passa un bus diretto per il centro e navy pier). La casa è accogliente e la stanza comoda, l’host è stata molto cordiale. Apprezzato il fatto di poter fare check in e out in autonomia

Très bon séjour, et très agréablement surprise

Je n'ai pas testé le petit-déjeuner puisqu'il n'était pas inclus, mais la possibilité d'utiliser les appareils sur place pour le préparer était super. J'ai beaucoup aimé aussi l'accessibilité puisque l'arrêt de bus était presque au pas de porte, et il y avait plusieurs magasins pour faire ses courses à proximité

Je ne vois rien qui pourrait être amélioré dans la mesure où c'était déjà très bien (1/2h du centre-ville de Chicago, par la Green line, ce qui n'est pas si éloigné que ça vu la régularité de passage des trains)
