Perfect for what we needed

The property was perfect. We came to Chicago for Riotfest at Douglas park. We were able to safely walk to the park at night and day.

I enjoyed that the place was very clean, and the shower was amazing. All the soaps and cleaning products are good quality.

It was not the property itself just the road was being worked on and the side drops were low. Hard to park while still being worked on.

I would not recommend this place

The location was close to L train.

The neighborhood was not in the greatest area. Uber drivers told us so. There was visible water damage on the windows and door. It was a basement apartment and it does not state that in the description. It stated it was a ground level apartment.There were also lots of drain flies in the place. There are missing outlet plates and one of the vents was taped.

Overall I had a great experience and I would recommend this spot for anyone seeking a warm, welcoming place to stay.

I enjoyed the home it was a very quiet and peaceful stay. The accommodation was comfortable and the host was exceptionally sweet and responsive, always checking in to make sure I was fine.

I did notice that the kids upstairs could be a bit noisy at night; while this wasn't an issue for me, it might be something for other guests to keep in mind.

A cozy affordable nest near Cicero.

Newly renovated, tasteful and quality materials. Nice touches of good soaps and shampoos, Keurig, teapot, cooking oil. Everything was very clean. Slept great, no sounds woke us up. Free street parking. One gets the feeling the host really cares about making you feel welcome.

The host is not in control of this, but the streets and neighborhood were unfortunately a bit littered with trash.

It was exactly like the pictures

When I arrived I wasn’t informed until she maybe 10 minutes before the boat had to arrive and say the code was recently changed from what she originally sent . The lock system seems to be broken and or needs to be fixed . I wasn’t aware of it being an apartment where people actually live there as well as children so it was a tad disrupting to hear the noise . The shower was a major issue although it was put in the description that the facilities were an opposite so hot was cold and cold being hot (for showering) yet neither became hot whatsoever . I didn’t receive a response from the host for about an hour or 2 and the response I received was lengthy and I had already stated every was tried I had to settle for a warm shower and the adjustment was not even the middle . Cold hot colder and hot got still cold. There was an issue I also continues to have with heat.

Lovely apartment! It is clean and cozy. It was nice to spend time in it. There are all the things you need. Close to the center. I definitely recommend to stay as for one night, as well as for longer. Everything is as in the pictures, and even more type of coffees, teas and butters:)

No problem parking in front of the apartment plenty of spaces so we could Uber downtown. and explore Chicago without worrying about pay a fortune for parking. The kitchen was equipped with everything but food. But really who want to cook when they're away. The host was right on property and very helpful.

The only thing I didn't enjoy was the bed, It was too firm for me.
