This is not a criticism, but the location is out of town and bests suits someone with a ccess to a car.

Nice but noisy due to construction work outside

Beautiful location; lovely new and modern apartment with a large terrace overlooking the lake

There was still a lot of construction going on around the building and directly in front of the terrace (starting around 7.30am till afternoon). Not exactly what one needs during a holiday.
