Met my expectations.

A nice hotel all around. Extremely nice kitchen and exceptionally friendly and professional waitress. The only thing i would have wished for a slightly better English at the reception, but i realised English is not a priority when travelling in Poland and lady at the reception was pleasant and did her best to communicate so not a big issue at all.

Very small room, but very good room quality

First of all - the railway is visible from the window, and two times the train went very loudly. Second - the breakfast. You have to choose between the eggs or pancakes. It was tasty but not exactly what I would have like to eat :) for example, if you want to have sausage, you have to order hard boiled egg. And the worst part was that the first day we were told to pay 14zlots for the car parking, but in the morning we needed to pay 40zlots. Maybe missunderstanding but 9euros for one night parking is way too much. Probably the issue was in English poorly speaking reception...

Good stay

I like that the apartment had a balcony with a view of the canal. Staff was friendly and helpful. High level of cleanliness

The walls are too thin so if there's someone loud next door is very unpleasant. We had such a loud guest next door and very rough night because of that however we reported it at the reception next morning and one of the receptionist offered us a better room to compensate our bad experience

Most overpriced and overrated place in Poland

I have to think hard about good points. Oh the beds where ok, not that we got much sleep. It was a mistake to stay at this apartment. Should have gone for the Hotel across the street. Would have been cheaper as well.

Disappointing experience, don't understand how this place got these high scores. At arrival I had to pay again while I stated that I already payed through Booking.com. This got rectified couple hours later, when i showed them the creditcard statements, but the 50 PLN<-> EURO conversion costs where for us. They put us in a room next to a family with a baby that cried about half the night, while most rooms where empty. The room they put us in was at the back of the building overlooking a parking place where 3 intoxicated guys where roaming until 4 AM between the parked cars. Oh well couldn't sleep anyway since we were next-door to a crying baby. The showerhead was broken, was not able to keep it up high. We took the breakfast option that included 1 cup of coffee, an additional cup of coffee you had to pay for, sad sad sad. This is the most overpriced and overrated place we been in Poland. Glad we only had 1 night here.

Very nice visit Gizycko and the hotel made a big contribution to the qualtiy of our time.

The location is very nice. As soon as you leave the hotel you are at the water which connects two lakes. The room has a balcony and it makes the time you spend in the room very comfortable. The beach is in 7-8 minutes walk accessible. The room was very clean.

Parkgebühr teurer als Zimmer. Für parken wurden 430 PLN berechnet für 1 Tag - Abzocke! Booking schreibt kostenlose Parkplätze und Hotel schiebt es auf Fehler bei Booking. Kundenservice reagiert nicht. Für Handtuchtausch nach einem Tag sind pro Set weitere 20 PLN zu zahlen. Kühlschrank kühlt nicht wirklich.Nie wieder. Ich kann von einer Buchung nur abraten.
