I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It is conveniently located near several of the sights we wanted to see, and the rooms have been newly renovated. Everything was very clean and comfortable.
The best part, though, was the staff. They were exceptionally friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.
Breakfast is fairly basic, but there is plenty of food and everything we had was fresh and good quality.
The hotel is on a main road, so there is some street noise if you open the windows, but this did not detract from our stay.
Overall, a very good experience and better than I had expected.
Nothing. This is Kokand, not a large international city, and I think expectations should be realistic. For the location and price, the hotel was excellent and exceeded our expectations.

Breakfast - buffet breakfast - food was cold (being in heater but not put on). Caught stomach issue - after breakfast for some reason
