Hôtel Influences La Bresse

We (senior couple in our 70th) spent 2 nights (May 2025) at this hotel-restaurant which stands in a fantastic location in the central square of La Bresse. Shops, cafes and bars are all around the hotel. You can have a simple breakfast at one of these. Free parking is about 50m from the hotel, On weekends they run a local market right at the hotel footsteps. We tasted some of the local cheeses and wine and sat in a cafe in the middle of the market - nice to start you day like that... -:). The restaurant which is part of this hotel is managed by a great lady - Lili - very friendly and helpful. Always welcomes you with a smile. Her English is fluent which is very helpfull if you don't speak French. The food in the restaurant is refreshing (after some "heavy" French dishes we've had in Alsace) and is based on the Vietnamese kitchen with French touch.... very yammi light and refreshing - exactly what we needed after a day drive in the Vosges Mountains. Lili is a great cook with an individualized touch. Highly recommended for dinner but make shure to reserve since locals also eat in there and so it could be full. The room was bit small with backyard view, but we got everything we needed (shower, coffee machine, clean sheets and towels and good bed mattress...). The room is fairly clean although it is an old house with some natural wear shows. Recommend this hotel and its restaurant to couples and individuals. Thank you Lili for your warm hospitality.

Entrence to the hotel is from the back door with a code. Rooms are on 1st floor with about 15 stairs to climb.

Quiet, as it's located on a side street. Great dinner in the restaurant.

Breakfast was underwhelming. Go to the bakery next door. You'll get the same croissant for much less money. We were told that there would be better breakfast on the weekend, but we didn't want to risk it as breakfast is important :)

Chambre calme, lieu propre et très bon restaurant

L'hôtel est bien placé, au centre de la Bresse. Les chambres sont confortables et au calme, même quand elles donnent sur la rue. La climatisation était très appréciable par forte chaleur. Nos hôtes étaient tous accueillants et très serviables. Il a été possible de mettre nos achats de gastronomie vosgienne au frigo et nos plaques de congélation au congélateur pour le pique nique du lendemain. La carte du restaurant est une vraie bonne surprise : elle comporte peu de plats, originaux, avec des produits frais, de très bonne qualité (attention, cuisine du monde et non vosgienne). Nous nous sommes régalées et avons tout testé durant notre séjour. Nous recommandons !

Les patrons sont super sympa ainsi que le personnel. Quand aux plats proposés à la carte, un vrai délice !

Il manque une porte à la salle de bain.

Petit déjeuner parfait, emplacement idéal,accueil très sympathique malgré notre arrivée tardive.
