The open-plan living space includes a modern, well-equipped kitchen with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, a dining area & a living room with comfy couches, perfect for an evening at home. BEACH SERVICES: Beach services at the Resorts of Pelican Beach is provided by La Dolce Vita. Hours are 9am to 5pm from March 1st through October 31st. All beach services are managed by La Dolce Vita under agreement with the Pelican Beach Resort Owners' Association. Policies are applicable to all guests and owners of the resort. Beach setups may be rented directly on the beach the day of, based on availability.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

The balcony furniture and view of Gulf was our favorite part of this unit. It was nice that the unit had plenty of bath towels and wash clothes. They also give a few dishwasher packs and laundry packs. The unit has old furniture and seems to have stains on ceiling that were painted over from water damage. There were minimal bedding covers and no extra blankets. Overall unit could use a refresh. The grounds were nice and pools were nice also. We enjoyed pickleball court and gym.
