This bright and airy home is only minutes from the ocean, shops, and restaurants of downtown Bethany Beach. After a day at the beach, relax on the screened porch where you can get lost in a book while on the sofa swing or dine al fresco with family and friends. A well-equipped kitchen and a propane grill provide the perfect setting to prepare meals for the entire family. If you choose to dine out, numerous restaurants are only blocks away. Life is truly good at the beach.

The jet tub's jets do not work, so it functions as a standard tub.
Recreation passes for use of the pool and tennis courts are $30 per person per week or $10 per person per day, as of 2024, and may be purchased at the Clubhouse near the back pool. Guests will be required to provide a copy of their lease at the Clubhouse when purchasing recreation passes. Recreation pass fees are subject to change at any time by the community.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Overall a very nice vacation stay. The house is spacious and has a well supplied kitchen and beach items (chairs). The one issue was that the nest thermostats would increase to 76 degrees remotely (or maybe on a timer) this was concerning because we had 2 babies and that temperature was too hot for naps it was bothersome as it would take a while to cool down. Otherwise we enjoyed the house!

My family of five had a lovely vacation in this home. The back patio and swing bed was our most favorite spot. We were out there every morning with coffee and during any downtime with a good book. It was so peaceful and relaxing! The kitchen is well-stocked. The mattresses are all memory foam which was a bit too firm for me, but very nice otherwise! We would definitely rent this house again! Plenty of space and in a nice, safe, quiet neighborhood.
The front pool was closed when we were there, but the back pool was open and we enjoyed it very much on non-beach days (FYI - pool membership isn't included in rental price). It's only about a 10-minute walk from the house (but there is also plenty of parking if you wanted to drive). The main drag of Bethany (shops, restaurants) and boardwalk were also super easy to get to! We walked most evenings for ice cream and shopping (about a 20-minute walk), but there's also a shuttle if you wanted. If you have room to pack bikes, that would make it even faster. We considered renting bikes, but didn't really mind the walk. The house comes with a Bethany Beach parking pass so it was very easy for us to drive to the beach with all of our gear which is only about a mile away.
I'd definitely recommend this house - we had a great vacation!
