Charming Retreat in Montorsoli

Au milieu de la nature toscane et à 25 minutes de Florence en voiture!

La climatisation que dans la chambre faisait que l’ambiance du séjour était un peu chaude. Mais la terrasse et la piscine compensent largement!

Atrašanās vieta ļoti tuvu Florencei, bet vienlaicīgi ļoti tālu no ceļiem un pilsētas kņadas. Autentisks lauku īpašums, olīvu koku ieskauts. Baseins tīrs un pieejams neierobežotu laiku. Ļoti labi aprīkotas mājiņas - trauki, dvieļi, viss pieejams plašā izvēlē.

No apraksta nebija skaidrs, ka teritorijā ir vairākas mājiņas. Kopumā tas netraucēja, jo visi bija pieklājīgi, bet būtu labi to zināt iepriekš.

We like the apartment, garden, location, peace and quet, view, bedroom, the whole domain and the owners. Everything was perfectly arranged by the owners.

For us the only thing we missed was a terras on the same level as the apartment.

The apartment was nice and clean. Only 20 minutes drive from Florence, surrounded by nature.

After booking, the managing company bellvila reached out to me requesting an extra 80 euro over the booking.com price as a cleaning fee (to be paid on their website). I reached out to booking support and they made them cancel the extra charge but it really left a bad impression. When I see a price in booking.com, that is what I am expecting to pay. Other than this, less important complaints include the fact that the AC was not working properly and so it could not drop the room temperature below 29C even after working the whole night. The road to get there is narrow and it includes a dirt part which is not suitable for very low cars. Finally, I asked on booking chat for the wifi password and they never answered. If it wasn't for the whole cleaning fee situation, I would give the property a better rating as it was honestly a nice place.
