This a well appointed 2-bedroom penthouse with terrace and Jacuzzi located in Lapad area of Dubrovnik city. Apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests and would best suite group of friends or a family looking for a modern and convenient place to stay while discovering Dubrovnik.
Apartment is located on top 4th floor of a residential building (no elevator).
Penthouse consists of 2 bedrooms, one with queen size bed and other with pair of twin beds which can be separated on request, two toilets connected with shower room, large open space kitchen, living and dining area which opens onto a large terrace with hot tub and outside dining table. Sofa bed in living room can accommodate 2 additional guests.
Amenities include: AC (all rooms), SAT TV, DVD, hi-fi, wireless Internet access, full kitchen with (coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, oven, stove, fridge/freezer), washer, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, terraces, hot tub.
Apartment is located in a residential area in Lapad, close to the bus stop, a grocery store, cafes, bars and bakeries. The apartment is ideal for travelers who wish to stay away from the busy Old Town but still be within an easy reach to all attractions. Newly renovated Lapad Sunset beach is approximately 15 minutes walking distance from the property. The Old Town can easily be reached by bus within 10 minutes approximately.
