Il cibo, soprattutto la colazione erano davvero di ottima qualità... Le ciambelle e le crostate erano sempre fresche e morbide. Ottimo davvero
Il fatto che non ci sia stato coinvolgimento in senso "relazionale umano" tra gli animatori e la gente in vacanza.. Avrei preferito un legame da ricordare tornata a casa.

Ottima qualità tipica delle strutture Bluserena. Colazione, pranzo e cena di qualità con ampia scelta. Intrattenimento e attività sportive ben organizzate. Servizio trenino per raggiungere la spiaggia
In questo soggiorno è mancata la cura dei dettagli nella preparazione della camera (scarico lavandino otturato, doccia rotta, lampade non funzionanti, ventola dell'aria condizionata guasta). Problematiche che sono state segnalate e prontamente risolte dall'ottimo staff. Trovandosi immersa nella natura ci sono state alcune vespe fastidiose sia a bordo piscina che in spiaggia, problematica che la struttura cerca di risolvere tramite disinfestazioni periodiche.
