Kamariyo Athens Riviera by A&D Properties

The villa was absolutely perfect for what we needed. We were staying for a family holiday while attending a wedding at a nearby venue, and the accommodation couldn’t have been better suited to our group. All of the rooms were very spacious and offered plenty of storage. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and there was ample fridge space for food and drinks. The pool was lovely, and it was a great touch that pool towels were provided. There was also an amazing bar literally across the road, which was perfect for beach days. Honestly, you could easily spend your entire holiday at the villa without needing to go anywhere else - it was that good! Everything was spotlessly clean throughout our stay, and communication with the property management team was great. We would highly recommend this villa and would happily stay here again.

There wasn’t anything we disliked about the villa. However, it’s worth noting that there are no shops within walking distance, so having a car is definitely recommended. This wasn’t an issue for us, but it’s something future guests should keep in mind.

Fantastic house with a beautiful garden! The pool was large and the house was equipped with everything you could possibly need, including an outside ping pong table. A beach is located very close, on the other side of the road as well as a cozy beach bar which also offers food. The sea view from the balconies is breathtaking! After a short ride with the car south, you can visit the temple of Poseidon, which is beautiful at sunset. You can choose from a lot of nice restaurants within 5 to 10 minutes by car. In addition, the drive along the coast is very beautiful!

It is located a bit far from supermarkets and restaurants, which means, you will need a car to go shopping.
