Villa Terra Mare

The size of the property is unmatched we had 10 adults staying in the house but had so much room. I loved the addition of the 2 kitchens and the outdoor cooking space. The bedrooms were also massive with plenty of living space, we also made good use of the cinema room! Brilliant location we cabbed everywhere but the beach was close and the shops!

The shared full bathrooms could really do with some updating. Unfortunately they don’t match the decor and style of the whole house which is fairly modern and in good condition. The jet bath didn’t drain it took 2 days, the drains had an awful egg/sewer smell throughout the house which we had to mask with cleaning products to get by, because of this the gym was completely unusable as the smell was putrid in there. We were also told there would be a mid week house clean to change sheets and towels and unfortunately there wasn’t, again we had to go and buy products to clean our own towels and buy a load more toilet roll. This definitely put a downer on the stay as it felt gross! The dishwasher also stopped working which is completely a first world problem but it flooded once or twice so we had to turn it off, for 10 people we used a lot of dishes so would’ve been helpful. We found 2 cockroaches on the lower floor in peoples rooms, the speaker for the projector unfortunately didn’t work so we had to use our own, we had to change over the batteries in the remotes as they were all rusted so the TVS in some of the bedrooms didn’t work for 2 nights.

Het was een heel ruime villa. De lift is handig. De benedenverdieping was een appartement op zich. Een half uurtje met de wagen tot in Athene Fijne overkapping aan het huis.

Er hing een mazout geur in het huis. De badkamers zijn aan renovatie toe. Het poetsen kon nauwkeuriger.

וילה מהממת יפה גדולה ומרווחת יש בה הכל המיטות נוחות מאוד החדרים גדולים נקי וקטרינה הייתה מאוד נחמדה וענתה לכל שאלה ובקשה ממליצה מאוד ואם אחזור לאתונה אני אחזור שוב לאותה וילה אמליץ לכל החברים והמקורבים שלי עליה 🥰וגם מתאימה לנכים ומבוגרים כי יש מעלית בתוך הבית ויש כניסה צדדית נוחה

We had a great time, the property is just perfect. Especially the location, the view, the pool and outside area, where we spent lots of time.
