    Very disappointing stay. Definitely not worth the money. The room was not well maintained and fell far below what I expected from a Deluxe Room. Cleanliness and overall upkeep need significant improvement. The biggest disappointment was the water policy. My booking confirmation clearly mentioned complimentary bottled water, yet the hotel provided only two 500 ml bottles and charged for any additional bottles. This should be clearly disclosed instead of creating confusion at check-in. Basic amenities such as a dental kit, shaving kit, shower cap, and comb were not kept in the room. You have to specifically ask for them, which is inconvenient and not what I expect from a hotel in this category. The tea/coffee sachets were also limited, and I was informed that additional sachets would be chargeable, despite the booking details giving a different impression. Overall, the hospitality was disappointing. Instead of making guests feel welcome, there seemed to be unnecessary restrictions on basic amenities. I would not recommend this hotel and will not choose to stay here again.

    I booked this hotel after seeing attractive room photos showing a spacious room with a balcony. Unfortunately, the actual experience was completely different. The room I was initially shown was tiny, had a strong unpleasant smell, and the bathroom also had a bad odor. It looked nothing like the room advertised during booking, which felt very misleading. When I refused to stay in that room, the staff offered me an upgraded room, but only at an extra charge. Even then, the upgraded room did not have a balcony, had poor ventilation, and no air conditioner—only a stand fan was provided. On the positive side, the hotel premises are neat and clean, and the staff is polite and professional. However, the hotel should not mislead guests by displaying photos of rooms that are not actually provided. Guests should receive the room category they book without being pressured to pay extra for a decent room. Overall, my experience was disappointing due to the misleading room photos and the poor condition of the room offered at check-in.
