Clean, easy check in, comfortable bed, nice location if you enjoy Brighton beach & Coney Island. Overall it is as advertised.
While the bed mattress was comfortable the fabric of the sheets was strangely hot to me (supposedly synthetic) and made me sweat. Small window without curtains (I had to cover it with a pillow as I am sensitive to light).

The location was great, a bit hard to find but great for Coney Island
It was a bit crowded and we were able to get access through other customers as we had no internet to get the instructions. The floors weren’t very clean
