The apartment is comfortable with excellent air conditioning. The location is also very good -- close to the beach and a subway station. Dmitry nicely provided me with a beach chair when I requested one. It would be even better with a shelf in the bathroom for toiletries. It could also use a cutting board and corkscrew/bottle opener.

The place is super clean and very spacious. Dimitri is nice and responsive. I would definitely recommend and stay there again. My kids enjoyed the beach while my mom and I appreciated the stores and restaurants near by. Great way to experience Brighton Beach. Subway is also super close if you want a quick trip to the city.

Nice place to stay and close the beach. Surrounding area is not clean, but kind people. Lost of Russians.
Transport to Manhattan is not good, it takes 45 min. During weekend even more than 1 h.
