Seba N9

The location is on the doorstep of Piazza di Spagna and the Spanish Steps, with all its beautiful shops and restaurants. However, it’s away from the busy Square and noise. In my opinion, this is the nicest area to stay within Rome. It’s in walking distance to many attractions or just a short 10/15 minute taxi ride away from most tourist areas in Rome. You can easily pick-up a taxi in the square too. The apartment was very relaxing with stylish furniture and was comfortable and very clean. It has a lovely spacious bedroom and although the living area is not big, its layout really works well. It was very helpful to have the lovely porter Andrea on site.

Nothing at all, ad it’s a perfect holiday base.

Struttura molto moderna e ben organizzata, gentilissimi molto ben definite nei dettagli nulla da ridire solo da fare i complimenti

Very comfortable and modern, with the staff clearly thinking of everything the guest could need! The attention to detail is incredible! Location is unique. It s honestly very comfortable.

The only issue is that it is on the groundfloor so you HEAR everything in the morning, but just bring earplugs and you should be fine.

Its spacious, clean and quiet. Will definitely book again in out next trip!
