Location is super convenient, there is cafe right in front that has nice breakfast.
When you run a facility remotely, you need to have the ability to respond at different times. They can not. I lost my keys and I messaged owner at 10 pm, they did not respond, so I had to spend money and stay at another place till next morning. The other place checked on me consistently and made sure I had proper access even at 11 pm.
