Superb.

Everything! Yet again, everything about this property was superb. We have been coming here for a few years now, on and off and every single time, the property has been spotless, so comfortable and just what we need for a fabulous weekend. It is definitely luxurious! We love it. :)

Made the most of our 2 day stay with a visit to Bodnant gardens and a morning and early afternoon the following day visi

Close to the centre of Betws-y-Coed. Good sized rooms all very recently updated. Very comfortable spaces with heating adjustable.. Very adequate car parking which we were able to use after our checkup time with permission of the owner Marie. Views at the back of the property were really nice and the outside facilities would be great at other times of the year when daylight is longer and it is not raining( we weren’t expecting the weather to be any better so I’m just pointing out how at warmer periods of the year the cottage has even better appeal.

Slight smell in the bathroom which may have had something to do with recent updating, certainly didn’t appear to be obvious drain or sewage issue.

Cosy cottage on the edge of a picturesque village in Snowdonia.

Great location that was quiet with a beautiful view, on the edge of a village. Easy walk into the village. Great base to enjoy Mt Snowdon Railway and Portmeilon etc. Cottage was spacious and had everything we needed. So well insulated, we didn’t need heating. Friendly hosts.

Overwhelmingly beautiful!

Adorable cottage! Exceptionally clean, well designed and felt like home. Located just a short walk from town with shops, restaurants, hiking and breathtaking views. The hosts were so kind and accommodating. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. My only regret……that I didn’t have more time to enjoy this beautiful place! We will be back! Thank you!

Perfect countryside getaway

Marie and Sid were so lovely and accommodating! Booked this trip for a nice quiet getaway from the city and this cottage was perfect! It’s about a 5 minute walk into town, with some amazing views on the way. It’s in a great location with loads of walking trails near by and even a beautiful waterfall down the road! You can choose to have breakfast in their guest house, we sadly didn’t get the time, but we will definitely be coming back to stay here again! Highly recommend

Wonderful stay in an immaculate property

Everything. Beautiful modern decor and it was immaculate. We had all we needed and arrived to find little touches like milk in the fridge, biscuits and Welsh cakes along with other essentials. The bed was extremely comfortable and the towels were Egyptian cotton and proper size - it’s the small things that really make a difference. Great location and both Marie and Sid were friendly and gave us information on local walks etc - thank you. We had a short but lovely break and would definitely recommend this property to other couples.

Fantastic accommodation that you can't fault.

The cottage is in a lovely location within Betws-y-coed, and the village is only 10 minutes walk away with its various shops, pubs, restaurants etc. It's very well equipped with everything two people would need.There are many nice walks that start nearby. Sid was incredibly helpful and friendly and the breakfast was amazing too. We will definitely be returning!

Well appointed new annex - new and well appointed. Would stay again!

Recently renovated, and it shows! Nice new bathrooms and kitchen, well appointed with cooking facilities and a big bifold door onto a terrace with a hillside view. 10min walk into town with pavements all the way.

It rained a lot and there weren't enough hooks to hang up all of our wet gear! This would be a simple fix which would make things easier.

The cottage was immaculately presented, had everything we needed and was really comfortable. A lovely welcome pack of teas and coffee, milk and welsh cakes! was a really thoughtful touch. Brilliant location, 10 minute walk into the village. Wonderful view from the pretty garden. Marie and Sid were so helpful and great communication prior to our arrival. Definitely recommend a stay here!

It couldn't be better, tidier, cleaner etc.

Thanks for the little Christmas tree for keeping up the Christmas spirit. The cleanliness is exceptional. It was flawless. The key collection was easy and simple. Although we met the host once, but he was very friendly.
