Everything was very good. Location is good and in a very nice house. The host is very helpful and friendly. The apartment has an amazing terrace!

Perfect location near two metro stations but easy walking distance of the Duomo.We requested washing up liquid which we recieved promptly and also two wine glasses which we received the next day. Good iron and tabletop board provided and kettle for tea. The hairdryer was useful also.
The coffee machine was difficult to use so we gave up! The ice tray was frozen solid in the freezer so couldn't be used. It needs to be defrosted. No teatowel for drying the washing up and the washing up sponge provided was old and looked dirty so we didn't use. The shower drain needs to be unclogged as it doesn't drain very well.

The property was in a quiet residential neighborhood
The apartment had all required amenities and the instructions to reach apartment, get the keys etc were clear.
The property appeared to be isolated with very low activity levels in the area. Supermarkets and restaurants are around 15 minutes walk with public transport 8 mins walk. In the August heat wave this was tiring
The flat has low ceiling in many parts which means one needs to be mindful of the head while walking across the apartment
