Double terrace with unobstructed ocean views. Nestled in a peaceful, 23-hectare green oasis, the apartment has access to all the residence’s amenities: 2 swimming pools, a children’s pool, a clubhouse, 2 restaurants, a fitness center, tennis courts, sauna, hammam, bar, nightclub

Located on the Corniche d’Or, 3 km from Théoule-sur-Mer, 15 km from Cannes, and 40 km from Nice, this apartment is situated in the private residence of Port-La-Galère.

The apartment was completely renovated in 2021 and features:

1 master bedroom with a 180x200 bed and a bathroom (walk-in shower) with a sea view
1 bedroom with a 160x200 bed
1 bedroom with a 140x200 bed
1 bathroom with a walk-in shower
Amenities: dishwasher, microwave, oven, induction cooktop, washer/dryer, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, TV, Wi-Fi, etc.

You’ll have access to all the amenities at the Port-La-Galère residence:

* At Club Hiver:
- RESTAURANT: Open year-round from October through May, Friday through Tuesday for lunch (12:00 PM – 2:00 PM) and dinner (7:30 PM – 10:00 PM) From June through September, open daily for dinner only (7:30 PM – 10:00 PM)
- Outdoor pool, heated from Easter through October
- Fitness center (indoor and outdoor)
- Hammam and sauna area
- Massage salon (by appointment, additional charge)
- Hair salon (by appointment, additional charge)
- Nail salon (by appointment, additional charge

* At the Summer Club:
- RESTAURANT: open from June through September.
