very dirty. Spider web all over the place. No lighting outside. broken toilet seat. No sufficient air conditioning ( ONLY 2 WATER LEAKING PORTABLE UNITS FOR THE WHOLW HOUSE). Very thin mattresses. We couldn't wait till the next morning to leave since we got their in the evening very tired and had no option. I am disputing the charges with my bank. Just a horrible experience

Wir waren geschäftlich veranlasst dort.
Trotz mehrfacher Nachfragen wurde uns die Zugänglichkeit erst am Abend vor der Anreise mitgeteilt. Die ersten zwei Tage kein warmes Wasser. Am dritten Tag nur Abends warmes Wasser. Der Vermieter verlangte von uns das wir so lange im Haus bleiben bis ein Handwerker kommt und den Schaden in Ordnung bringt. Wir mussten aber zur Arbeit. Das war Ihm egal. Unkooperatives Verhalten des Vermieters. Angebliche Beschädigungen die so nicht nachvollziehbar waren. Vermieter bestand auf völlig überhöhte Ersatzleistung die wir am Ende bezahlt haben. Das Haus ist für diese Jahreszeit nicht ausreichend beheizbar.
