Directly on Lago di Lugano with boat mooring

You cannot beat the view. The host is the best. The place is small & low ceilings, some other quirky things - all just add to the ambiance, and certainly as advertised. Especially for the price - VERY hard to beat.

The place is really on the lake and surpisingly quiet. The bed is very comfy and the apartment is full of light thanks to all the roof windows. it is aideally located for all sorts of walks along the lake, and hikes in the mountains (be warned, the slopes are very steep!). The few things that can be mentioned are the fact that tall people (over 1,70 meter high) need to be careful all around the place because of the low ceiling and the apparent beams. Also, the plugs are scarce in the kitchen so it can be complicated to have the microwave plugged in for instance. Also, maybe some tea infuser could be added to the cutlery and a clothes drying rack in addition to the drier for delicate clothes. In addition, the pellet stove would certainly benefit from a simplified ready-to-heat instruction to use it because the one at disposal is not that clear. Finally, even if we finally didn't need more pellets because the weather improved, I think the woman in charge of the apartment should know where to buy some more because she said she had no idea where they could be bought. That being said, the place is really nice and clean and you are garanteed to have an exceptional view.

Goede communicatie met eigenaar. ( Tip aan eigenaar meerdere foto's plaatsen voor indruk huisje ) Rustige locatie en schitterend uitzicht en vlak bij het centrum. Huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien en ligt op de 2 de verdieping ( dmv trap ) aparte keuken voorzien van vaatwasser oven magnetron verschillende koffie apparaten en veel meer / aparte badkamer met douche wc en wasmachine / aparte slaapkamer behoorlijk groot / woonkamer met uitzicht op het schitterende meer en bergen.
