Casa Eri con piscina

We loved Everything, it was so comfortable, for me and my 2 kids aged 14 and 17 years. Kitchen was well equipped, beds comfortable, air conditioning great, and sofa really nice.

The contact number provided was incorrect however I was able to email Jonny and he got back to me within 10minutes. He efficiently guided me through the requirements and it was super easy to obtain the keys. The apartment was lovely and jammed packed with all the living essentials you would need on holiday, the fridge had complimentary wine, milk and prosecco. The location was excellent just under a 10 minute walk to the music square and less than that to the beach. The complex was securely gated so I felt safe at all times it was lovely and quiet as well. I would highly recommend casa eri

Just not receiving the correct number.just as an fyi the air con is only in the living area and there are no windows in one of the bedrooms and kitchen areas

The property was great, there was ample space for everyone. It is located in such a great place it’s within walking distance of many things. The pool was nice and clean also. The owner was very friendly and gave us a later checkout which was very kind.

The apartment Casa Eri is (No 52) and situated in La Serenada Apartments on Calle Agua Marina. Gated and very quiet complex. In fact very few of the apartments were occupied. Great location, 5 mins from the main street in Corralejo and 10 mins from the nearest beach. There were 2 bottles of wine, 2 bottles of water, milk and coffee capsules on arrival. Soap, dishwasher and washing machine detergent were also available

The apartment (No 52) is part of the La Serenada complex on Calle Agua Marina. Gated complex and very quiet. In fact very few of the apartments were occupied. Many were being refurbished. Great location, 5 mins from the main street in Corralejo and 10 mins from the beach. Close to the Fuentepark Apartments and Barcelo Sands The apartment itself has no views, apart from neighbouring terraces. The small outdoor space is at the front entrance, has no privacy and is very close to other apartments. The interior is L shaped. The entrance leads into the living area with the master bedroom at one end, the galley kitchen, toilet/shower room, and oblong shaped second bedroom at the other. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. The second bedroom is long and narrow with beds at either end and opens into the living area. The living area is comfortable with a sofa at one end and a dining table and chairs at the other. There was one air conditioning unit, situated at the kitchen end of the apartment. It was described as powerful enough to reach all rooms. Not true, the master bedroom is at the furthest point from the unit, and if you like to close bedroom doors when sleeping, it was very uncomfortable. Pool was clean, a few sun loungers were scattered around but were old and broken.
