4-BR, Sea-View VILLA, private pool and BBQ, in Corralejo Downtown!

We have stayed in this villa twice before. This is now under new ownership and it looks like it has had a paint refresh and new outside lights. The location is perfect for the shops and restaurants. The villa Manager; Andrea is friendly, responsive and helpful. We were left some supplies as we were on a late night flight. Its a beautiful villa and overall happy with our stay.

I have had a chat with the owner who is also responsive and helpful. Just some things I need to mention. If staying for a 2 week holiday then a mid clean is not included. I didnt know this as other villas we have rented have always had a mid clean inbuilt into the cost. Andrea obliged though with clean bedding and towels when I asked for them and we did the clean ourselves. Outside furniture is tired and needs replacing. Some items broken already when we arrived. There's no toaster. Its a beautiful villa, lovely hosts. I would recommend staying. Pool towels were provided so dont need to take any.

Property was beautiful, well laid out. And plenty of space. The location is fantastic, with supermarkets, little local cafes, including a lovely English/Irish cafe where you get proper bacon and sausages, Yorkshire tea and home made pies and cakes, all within a 2 minute walk one way, then only a five minute walk down the road to all the main bars, restaurants and bigger supermarkets, and lively shops including duty free. The beach is about a 10 minute walk from the property. Where you have bars and restaurants all along the promenade. It’s beautiful. The pool area at the villa is lovely, it also has sun all day but also plenty of shade for those who need it. It’s private and not over looked either which is great. The villa has all the facilities you need. Plenty of fridge and freezer space and all the pots pans utensils you need . Would maybe benefit from some additional cupboard space for food / drink storage. The bedrooms are very comfortable and more than enough space to hang store clothes etc, please note though this property does not have air conditioning in however we requested fans prior to our arrival which Andrea and Fabio were more than happy to accommodate. Cleaners do not come into your property during your stay, which we didn’t realise however Andrea is more than happy to arrange this for you with notice if you do want your stay to be total R&R. Pool cleaner came twice a week also during our stay. Overall we loved our stay and Andrea, who is on hand when ever you need advice recommendation or help. We have already looked to book again next year!

Great greeting. Lovely property but it was missing a few things that would make it perfect.

Silly things tbh, more brushes in the house to keep the place clean, more toilet rolls, a remote for the tv in the bedrooms, more t-towels. It would have just made the experience perfect. Also send the documentation for customs more than two days before, when you can.
