Very nice and well-equipped apartment with a huge terrace. We were travelling by car so it was very important for us that there was a parking space available. It is almost impossible to park in the street. Within walking distance to the sea and tram stop. You can get by tram to the metro station or change to another tram that goes to Syntagma Square. Very nice and helpful owner.

The location was very convenient for the purpose of our stay. We have had a sports competition in Taekwondo Arena in Palaio Faliro, so the location of the apartment was just perfect for our dynamic schedule. The host Mirela was very polite and helped with detailed intro over the messages. The most important thing is that we had a parking spot next to the building, booked for our apartment and very well positioned. We also had a washing machine and a great, huge terrace (almost as big as two rooms) with nice view. Neighbourhood is really nice and mostly quiet. For a short stay, when location is very important, it has everything you may need, if comfort is not in the first place.

The apartment was very cold and the heating didn't work (neither central one or the air conditioning in bedroom). Mirela suggested to arrange the other guy who was there to bring us the keys, to come and check what's going on. However, he was available only after 5pm and I wasn't able to suggest any specific term because our schedule was going back and forth from and to the competition from early morning till late in the evening and it was unpredictable. It was really inconveninent and I would expect the heating to work or being managed without the need to derrange us. The other downside is that the apartment furniture is old, in some corners there is some dirt, and entire place had some weird scent/smell.
