Nice building, well renovated, nice owner and I really liked the dogs!
It's bit far from restaurants to walk, but by car there are a few options + there is a kitchen you can use!

Breakfast was very good, we enjoyed the use of the common area/kitchen. The locality had supermarket and bakery (very good). The location for us was excellent being just outside Bordeau and setting us up for our journey to Bergerac.
The bedroom was a good size and comfortable.

The room was spacious and reasonably well appointed. Good bathroom.
The outside appearance and the grounds looked untidy and in need of maintenance. This was a bit off-putting at first. It gave the impression that the inside accommodation would be likewise shabby.
