Farm View Lodge

Het is een heerlijk huisje. Het is ruim, netjes en schoon. De bedden zijn opgemaakt en er liggen handdoeken klaar. Er is handzeep, toiletpapier, vaatwastabletten, melk, wat oploskoffie, thee en biscuits. Dat is fijn na een lange reis! De slaapkamers hebben beide een badkamer. Ideaal! De bedden zijn comfortabel. De patio is nieuw en erg mooi. Het uitzicht is prachtig! Wij vonden de locatie heel fijn. Het huisje staat naast een rustige weg en je loopt zo Painswick in. Het nabijgelegen landgoed Miserden is een leuk uitje. We hebben een goede indruk gekregen van de Cotswolds. Het is een prachtig gebied, maar tijdens het hoogseizoen wel toeristisch. Als je de bekende plaatsjes wilt bekijken, kun je het beste vroeg gaan.

Het enige wat minder fijn was, is dat de bank en stoelen wat doorzakken. Verder was alles prima!

Beautiful comfortable and secure property in quiet peaceful situation with wonderful views. Property close to restaurants and town centre with easy access to tourist areas.

The cottage was perfectly situated for excursions to many places of interest like Cheltenham, Berkeley Castle, Museum in Stroud. The cottage was sparkling clean, very comfortable and had fantastic views. You could sit out and eat under the pagoda which we did while admiring the views. Very peaceful and beautiful. The owners were lovely people, very genuine and helpful with great local knowledge.

We could have done with a cheese grater and a big glass dish for bakes. Otherwise it was a good, clean kitchen and we cooked quite a few meals.

Abbiamo scelto Farm View per la sua posizione abbastanza centrale per visitare l Cotswolds. Bella fattoria in stile inglese, con mucche e cavalli al pascolo. I proprietari Dan e Steph, molto disponibili. Indimenticabile Ted il loro cane giocherellone. Eravamo due coppie di amici con camere e servizi separati che facilitano la privacy, mentre cucina e soggiorno inducono alla socialità. Dotata di tutto il necessario per una vacanza perfetta A 10 minuti a piedi il centro con negozi, café e pub.
