The pillows need to be fluffier and chairs need to be more stable. To provide broom/vaccuum as the floors are easily dirty so we can clean up after ourselves.

Spacious and Clean

Great location if you want to be near center, very spacious and clean. Very quite unlike previous reviews of being noisy. Washer/dryer combo was great to have. Just know it takes 4 hrs for one cycle.

Tv connection was too slow to work. Night stands had no on/off switch so had to be plugged or unplugged which was too much of a hassle to use. No bath soap. No hand soap. No tissue. No Paper towel. Clock in kitchen did not work which is not a big deal but when I emailed the host, I got no answer. Not able to really cook due to lack of kitchen supplies. The knife was so dull it was unusable. A sharpening rod would be useful. Taking the trash out didn't seem like a big deal at first but became a huge stress factor when timing the check out/taxi.

Beautiful apartment and spacious

Spacious, clean, quiet, very centrally located. Walking distance to lake and major restaurants. Bus station very close by. We got to do our laundry in the apartment it had a washer with a built in dryer.

Throwing away trash was quite cumbersome and we are trying to check out and are in a hurry. Make a note of it the night before.

Big apartment in a great central location

The location is great, the apartment is big and it’s great to have a dishwasher and a washing machine

The sofa bed was old and not great, the shower door was leaking, some light bulbs were out, and it would have been great to provide essentials such as salt pepper, oil and vinegar

One bar of soap for 5 people. Dust in corners. One key for all five people. Couldn’t split up. Most restaurants in area and grocery store closed on Sunday

It was a newly refurbished apartment, very clean.

it was in the Centre of the city, it was too noisy at night and too hot. there is no aircon in the unit, however when you left the windows open you could not sleep because of the noice. there was only one fan that was not sufficient.

Escape room ready

Slept 6 comfortably, living area was a bit cramped, but we just needed a place to sleep and wash our clothes on day 5-6 of a 15 day tour of Switzerland, so that wasn't a problem.

The directions for wifi and the washing machine needed to be updated, so this caused some frustration trying to figure out. Locating the back entrance involved the help of a local(and very nice) policeman. The back alley is dark and it was raining, a light would have helped. No problems once we were able to find the right lock box location

An awesome apartment for a family. Great location. Great facilities. Exceptional value for money.

We loved our stay. (1) The location is just excellent. It is very close to the city center; huge Migros (with food court); and public transportation. (2) The apartment itself is awesome: quite big; feels brand new; well heated; The paintings are very nice; and there is enough sun. (3) Value for money is the best we had in Switzerland so far.

Minor issues, (1) The keys collection map has the right picture, but the route in red is wrong (to my best understanding). (2) The elevator is small (it fits two adults a stroller and two kids, but just barely). (3) The kitchen equipment is great, but extending the cutlery would be great.

Central and comfortable

The apartment is large and well located in the centre of Lugano. Beds are very comfortable. Easy to access the property following the instructions provided and management was responsive to requests.

There was quite a lot of street noise on Saturday night. There was no wifi even though the flat was advertised as having it.

They don’t provide detergent so unfortunate we are not able to do our laundry even though there’s a washing machine in the room. Most hotels and accommodations in Switzerland provide local transportation pass for guests but this one doesn’t.

Disappointing

spacious apartment in the center of Lugano

There was mold in the apartment, rubbish in front of the door and the window was broken. the entry door could not be locked correctly - but we were assured by staff that “Lugano is safe”. someone came to fix the window in our absence, would have appreciated a heads-up. staff was more defensive than accommodating when reporting these issues.

Bad

There was mold on two walls. At least a square meter each. And they knew about it and have been renting it out anyway!!! Mold is toxic!!! They said they have the same problem in several of the appartements. And before we arrived they informed us that someone will be coming over at 9 in the morning for work on the appartement. I answered that we would like to sleep in and they refused to change the time or at least reduce the price. They did give us the appartement nextdoor when i called about the mold but that has one room less. We slept on matrasses on the floor that we carried over from the toxic apartement. I am still waiting to hear about a price reduction, they refused to discuss it immediatly and told me i had to wait. DONT GO THERE!

Nice Location, Nice Stay

Perfect stay at Lugano. Only 5 minutes walk from Lugano City. Nearby is the Bus Central station, short distance walk to the lake side. Room was comfy and super clean. Kitchen was fully equipped with all the utensils. Very nice stay with reasonable price.

The Apartment door is very high security, took me some time to open it.

the positives were: The location is great, walking distance to the main Center of Lugano. just 5 minute walk from Main shopping area. Easy too access the key and building. beds were very comfortable and plenty of towels supplied and some toiletries which was great.

the negatives: when we arrived very late on the Friday the roll out bed was not made up, as we had been promised. we were a party of 6 and o my beds for 4 made up also the sheets were missing. we had to contact the company who sent us off to get a key, to open another apartment to get sheets. not really what you want to have to do when you arrive after 11:30pm at night. There was no info on the WiFi so we could not connect any of our devices. would make sense for the company to leave a notice advising what the WiFi and password are. one of the walls was very mouldy in the hall.
