The accommodation
More than just a home, live a unique experience in the heart of the Savoyard mountains, the guardians of this small private refuge live in a chalet just above.
In a village classified as an alpine chalet, we offer you an authentic family chalet restored in accordance with local customs. . Take the time for a nature break, a disconnection from city life in a comfortable minimalism where the breathtaking view of the mountains does not require any decorations. A small haven of peace a few thirty minutes walk from the heart of Paradiski with its shops and restaurants of resorts. In winter access by car is impossible, the chalet is located 20 minutes walk from the parking lot,
The living room is the shepherds' room, we have equipped it with everything you will need, from bed sheets to cutlery. It is possible to borrow period wooden sleds from us. The chalet has a wood stove, which will be used for cooking and which will delight cocooning seekers as well as those who are cold.
The latter will be able to sleep near the fire in the small bed 2 places and the bravest
upstairs in the bedroom.
The host, Marie claire, ski instructor, climbing instructor and mountain guide, will be happy to share with you her knowledge of the village and the mountain in which she grew up and taught these disciplines. This chalet is that of her grandparents, which she was keen to restore to make it a place to live as warm as the state in which she knew it.
Other remarks
In winter the chalet is in the snow and the access is not passable by car. You will therefore have to walk 15 minutes.
On your request, we can transport your luggage by ATV during your arrival and departure.
Remember to stock up before arriving, at the chalet you will find fondue and raclette and all the utensils for cooking.
