Great location, not too far from Lyme Regis town center. It is a bit of a walk up hill but very manageable if don't have mobility issues. Lovely , very clean cottage. Really.
Nothing really. Perhaps should not be asking guests to remove bed linens etc.

location was lovely and the presentation throughout was nice. lots of space. lots of lovely art work. kitchen facilities were there and usable. milk was there on arrival with coffee tea and snacks.
There was no shampoo/conditionor, but there was flapjacks.. tea and milk. So it seemed a bit weird as some lovely thought on the food extras but we were without body wash etc. There was a mould throughout and signs of mould here/there. The shower mats in both rooms were mouldy and needed replacing or a clean. The fridge made a very loud noise non stop so it was unpleasant sitting in living room. The chairs in the living room were uncomfy and the sofa is a bit tired. The shower went from hot to cold randomly and the shower head was mouldy.
