Justo lo que necesitabamos. Unos dias maravillosos frente al mar con el sonido y la vista de este. El piso tiene todo lo necesario y es coqueto. La zona, supertranquila (más aún siendo pleno agosto). Y en el trato, tanto Félix (propietario) como Ana (quien nos recibió), encantadores y atentos, siendo muy fluida la comunicación. Deseando volver una tercera vez.

Tranquilidad y ubicación cercana al mar, no hay ruidos y la playa es tranquila, todo estaba limpio y en muy buenas condiciones.
Por decir algo que los sitios para cenar y comer están a 10m andando

Super Ausblick, wir haben erst gedacht der Ausblick wurde mit viel Photoshop bearbeitet aber es sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern
Das Bett ist relativ hart und die Stühle auf dem Balkon sind etwas wackelig, da müssten die Schrauben etwas nachgezogen werden

This was a very positive experience, largely thanks to the exceptional helpfulness and flexibility of the hosts, Felix and Ana.
The apartment is small but perfectly organized, maximizing the space efficiently. The highlight is the very nice terrace overlooking the sea, which was a joy to use. The kitchenette is well-equipped for preparing basic meals.
We particularly enjoyed the fantastic location—just outside Almuñécar in the quieter, more peaceful Cotobro area. Highly recommended for a relaxing beachfront stay!
As others have noted, the foam mattress was hard and took a couple of days to get used to, as it did for us. However, the biggest issue was the (old) pillows, which when being used turned completely flat and really should be replaced for better sleep quality. We also noticed a few minor maintenance issues, but these did not bother us during our stay.
