Está muy bien mantenido, la cocina y baños fueron actualizados hace poco, muy nuevos; no falta detalles como sombrillas o silla para la playa. Esta bien ubicado, muy cerca de la playa grande.
Está poco insonorizado, supongo que es por la construcción de hace años, se escucha bastante tuberías o duchas. El grave problema en Nerja es aparcamiento. Aquí hay 4 sitios para 10 apartamentos, no tuve suerte; tuve que aparcar en el parking de Parador, 28 euros al día. Encontrar sitio en la calle es un milagro. Este problema tienen todos apartamentos, mas que nada es a título informativo para turistas nacionales que vienen con coches a Nerja.

The location is perfect, a sweet spot between beach and town! The apartment itself was very clean with new bathrooms & kitchen fitted.
It was the little things like having no wine glasses, plenty of plates but very few bowls, 1 tea-towel in the kitchen. We were a family of 4 so these small things are important when you’re using the balcony for drinks & lunchtime.

Perfect location in a quiet area but still very close to the beach and restaurants. We shared a pool and it was perfect. Very clean and fully equipped kitchen.
